I tried it one more time, and got the same thing, so I'm copying and pasting what I see: This download ticket is invalid! The download ticket is either already used or invalid. You can always create a new download ticket by entering the root page.

It says "this ticket is invalid"....Can this please be fixed? Thank you in advance!
