Puzzle / Omen (8:00) 4. Le cheval de Syllogie (7:00) 5. Pollen (13:05)Esta banda francesa de cinco músicos tocan teclados, guitarras, flauta/teclados/voz (en inglés), bajo y batería/percusiones. En "Halloween", hay dos grandes cortes que ofrecen arreglos sinfónicos, lentos pero con movimientos progresivos y una suavidad que a menudo suena oscura y amenazadora. Las ricas texturas del teclado dominan el sonido y las contribuciones de los otros instrumentos son episódicas. Esto favorece una producción que más que funcionamientos llamativos, satura las atmósferas que frecuentan. PULSAR es un grupo que se supone surgió como la respuesta francesa a la música de PINK FLOYD. Incluso hay quienes aseguran que al principio, estos galos interpretaban canciones de los tan gustados ingleses, pero no hay registro claro de que así lo hayan hecho. Lo cierto es que mientras en Francia los sonidos progresivos destacaban en el sinfónico teatral, a PULSAR se les ocurrió aventurarse en un estilo que podía o no gustar, pero se arriesgaron y eso les valió colocarse como uno de los grupos más considerados a nivel mundial.
