Si, al igual que usar IPB pirata, aunque depende de que tan famoso sea tu foro y esas cosas, normalmente te envian un mail solicitandote "de buenas maneras" que bajes el foro o pagues la licencia.

 

Ahora la cuestion, es que te pillen, pero por ejemplo, si te peleas con alguien y ese alguien te denuncia, pues jodes (Esto es clasico xD).

 

De todas formas, si mal no recuerdo, existian unos hosting (offshore creo que se llamaban), el cual no pescaban las denuncias que recibian de ipb y vbulletin.

Bueno creo que si se hace famoso mi foro, voy a tener la oportunidad de pagarlo, por mientras lo subo aunque me da un poco de miedo... Lo mismo lo quiero para 2000 usuarios que es lo que manejo en mi página web, pero insisto me da miedo eso, pero por suerte me decis que me avisan previamente por las buenas.
