Es algo dificil lo que pides (Por no decir casi Imposible ) Pero las tazas de Tranferencia mensual de un foro en mi caso no sobre pasan lo 20 GB y eso es mucho decir

Mas o menos pero eltrafico tiene mas que ver con tus subidas al Ftp( no obstante si influye la creacion de temas ) si queres un foro yo te puedo dar algunas clases via Msn de lo que se

 

Puesto que tengo buena voluntad
