Sinopsis: (Corey Haim) es Les Anderson, un típico joven norteamericano obsedido (como todos) por sacarse la licencia para conducir. Dicha licencia no sólo le dará una excelente oportunidad de salir con Mercedes (Heather Graham), sino que le permitirá conducir el Cadillac del abuelo con su amigo Dean (Corey Feldman). Por supuesto que todo saldrá mal, con Les reprobando el examen y decidiendo robarse el carro por una noche.
