Sus miembros son Phil Anselmo (ex Pantera y Superjoint Ritual, vocalista), Pepper Keenan (guitarrista y vocalista de Corrosion of Conformity ), Kirk Windstein (guitarrista en Crowbar), Rex Brown (ex Pantera bajo), y Jimmy Bower (Batería en Crowbar; guitarrista en Superjoint Ritual y Eyehategod). Down - Over The Under Deluxe Edition (Cd+DvD)fue editado el 14/10/2008. En esta edicion el DvD contiene 39 minutos de presentaciones en vivo, backstage y grabacion del disco.
