Es un show grabado por MTV el año 1988, ya que fué para la tv viene censurado cuando Axl dice 'FUCK' o cambian la cámara cuando hace gestos obsenos, en todo caso el audio es bueno, bastante potente y la nitidez del video se podría clasificar como un vhs de buenísima calidad. Lo más grosso del show es que están en un escenario pequeño, con mucha gente en las orillas e interactúan bastante con el público, les dan la mano, Axl recoge un condón lanzado por el público y lo infla para luego lanzarlo al público, agarra un peluche que le lanzan y se lo pasa por el e incluso hace un 'stage dive', un verdadero show de la era más salvaje de los Guns.
