Do No Harm is a doctor's simulator with the Lovecraft elements. You play as a rural doctor, diagnosing and treating patients with ancient and often mysterious medical procedures. The clues that your patients give are incomplete, and you have to make informed assumptions that life or death may depend on.
The main features:
Lovecraft atmosphere: Nightmare entities distort reality during the game, causing hallucinations, blocking the ability to interact with objects and even deceiving you about the results of treatment.

Treatment of rural residents: Diagnose and treat patients based on mysterious clues. Each case offers hints, but they are often not enough to make you take deliberate risks with each decision.

Survival for 30 days: Cope with the pressure from the treatment of patients and survive for 30 days in conditions of growing hostility.

Multiple endings: Your election and actions will lead to different outcomes. Find all 10 endings.
