Participants will learn about the SAP Activate methodology, the Business Analysis core concepts, knowledge areas, who a Business Analyst is, the responsibilities of an SAP business analyst, skills of an SAP business analyst the role of a BA in an SAP/ERP project from start to finish. Topics like stakeholders management, pre and Post project activities, change management, Requirements gathering and design, FSD, data migration strategy, training strategy and planning, test strategy, planning and execution, stakeholder analysis, change management strategy, conflict resolution, business process design and management, etc.
