Grief is the normal and natural emotional reaction to the loss of any kind and can affect every area of your life. My journey has taught me that change is achievable, leading to a rediscovered self and a clearer perspective on life. My transformation fuels my passion to support others, showing that stagnation isn't their fate.I have credentials as a CADAC II Addiction Counselor, MATS (Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist), AGRMS (Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist), CCTSA (Clinical Trauma Specialist-Addiction), Mindfulness Teacher/Practitioner, and Master Life Coach.
