DESCRIPTION
Enter an apocalyptic fantasy world where humanity is on the brink of extinction, iron is more valuable than gold, and trust is hard earned. This ARPG features complex character development, hundreds of unique items, crafting, and quests with choices and consequences.
Game Features
Double class. Combine any of six different classes with over 25 skills and modifiers for each class. Basic classes include Soldier, Demoman, Occultist, Nightblade, Arcanist, and Shaman.
Hundreds of item skills. Complete your class with a diverse set of over 250 unique skills provided by items and equipment add-ons.
Collect hundreds of items - common, magic, rare, epic and legendary loot classes. Plus over 20,000 possible combinations of magical affixes and over 200 rare affixes.
Quests with choices and consequences. You will have to make difficult decisions that will have a major impact on the world. Strangers on the road, desperate families, and even entire villages can live or die depending on your actions. Currently there are over 35 quests and over 75 notes to collect.
Friendly and enemy factions. Earn favor with the human factions to unlock additional quest chains, discounts for vendors, and special faction-specific items and upgrades. Some neutral factions can be turned into allies, but helping one will make an enemy of the other. Hostile factions will remember your deeds and deepen their hatred of you, sending large packs and elite heroes to hunt you down.
Devotion , an additional level of skill customization, allows you to purchase bonuses and powerful side effects for your class's skills. These are unlocked on a giant constellation map with points earned by finding and restoring destroyed or corrupted shrines hidden throughout the world.
Restore the world. Help human enclaves survive and thrive by securing vital supplies, rebuilding structures, and rescuing survivors who can then lend their services to your cause.
Multiplayer game for 4 people. Chat with friends or find new allies in great online play. Multiplayer battles will challenge your teamwork.
Dynamic, intuitive combat - blood splashes of enemies, rag doll physics and impressive enemy death effects. Break down doors and fight from house to house, leaving a path of destroyed furniture behind you.
PTZ camera. If you decide to view all the beauty of the world and always fight from the most optimal angle. Levels are still designed so that players do not have to rotate the camera; this is completely optional.
Mystery and danger galore: Over 200 enemy heroes and bosses, hand-empowered with a unique set of deadly skills. Over 20 secret areas hidden behind collapsing walls, secret crevices and mysterious locked doors. Blow up obstacles or repair structures to open new paths.
Dungeons similar to bandits. Delve into special locked dungeons requiring a rare crafted key, where enemies level up as you progress and player teleport is disabled. There is no choice but to complete the dungeon or die trying.
Dynamic weather. The world comes alive with region-specific climates and varied weather effects. A sunny day can be overshadowed by a light shower turning into a severe thunderstorm. Variable gusts of wind blow away grass and affect objects such as windmills.
Manufacturing based on recipes. Collect over 250 crafting recipes that allow you to combine salvaged components into unique items, then use these base items with higher-level recipes to create items of amazing power.
Recovering skill points. The ability to pay to get points back alleviates the fear and frustration associated with having to make early, uninformed skill choices that could permanently ruin a character.
