Organizing has never been easier. ACDSee Photo Studio for Mac 9 delivers a new Face Detection & Facial Recognition tool, fueled by Artificial Intelligence, which finds the faces in your photographs and allows you to name them with ease and expediency. The software will immediately learn which names to put to which faces and suggest possible matches. Take advantage of the new People Manager to merge, rename, or remove people. Save time and energy when migrating from Lightroom™ or Picasa™ by importing your face data directly into ACDSee Photo Studio. Eliminate hours of tedious manual searching, and keep photos distinguished by friends, family, and anyone in between!

Unrivalled Digital Asset Management

Searching for files in ACDSee Photo Studio for Mac is like a dream. Finding, sorting, moving, organizing, and sharing—everything you need for complete mastery over your photography workflow is right here, at your fingertips. No uploading or importing of images needed. Add ratings, hierarchical keywords, tags, categories, location data and customizable color labels to your files for easy sorting. Manage the people in your photos and search by person to effortlessly recall special moments. Keep a closer eye on your data with the newly added Info Palette and Histogram pane, or easily remove metadata from files directly in Manage Mode.

A View to Remember

View mode allows you to inspect your images in great detail, at minuscule levels, and now it allows you to see even more! Meet the newest features enhancing View mode’s already beautiful functionality: AI-powered Face Detection, an information palette built into the Filmstrip, a “Show Original” button to instantly display the original image before any adjustments were made, and the freedom to preview your Develop mode Snapshots on images.

Non-Destructive RAW Photo Editing

Develop mode exists for one purpose – to allow you to manipulate, adjust, and play with an image in a non-destructive environment, free from the worries of causing irreparable damage to your original photo. Manipulate color in your images with an array of intuitive tools like Color & Tone Wheels or Color EQ, make quick work of repairing old or damaged photos using the Heal & Clone tools or Skin Tune, and choose from a collection of powerful lighting and contrast tools, such as ACDSee’s patented Light EQ™ or Dehaze, to emphasize what you want in your photos. Develop mode has a new look this release with the addition of a new right-hand side Presets/History/Snapshots pane.
