Este instalador es exactamente las herramientas de ensamblaje de Microsoft (es decir, esto es todo lo que se necesita para construir proyectos, pero sin un entorno de desarrollo, sin un IDE). Instalación:
• Desconéctate de Internet (si no quieres pálida telemetría)
• Si el instalador no tiene acceso a Internet, instale los certificados para el autodiagnóstico del instalador ejecutando Certificates_Setup.cmd EN NOMBRE DEL ADMINISTRADOR
• Luego ejecute Setup_BuildTools.cmd, donde X especifica el número de versión que desea instalar (es decir, 17.1.X)
