Allows to manage report collections. Supports BDE or ADO databases. Tested on dBase (DBF), Paradox (DB), Text (TXT), Comma-separated values (CSV), Oracle, Interbase, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, Visual FoxPro, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HTML. Reportizer can print list of files from the specified directory Creating database reports with Reportizer is simple.
It has all you need to build and print your reports:
Visual report designer. Reports can be edited in convenient visual report designer with powerful property inspector and tool bars. For advanced users, there is an option to modify reports in text mode.
Convenient SQL editor. Database queries are written in convenient SQL editor with syntax highlighting and code completion.
Powerful report generator. Report generator supports dynamically calculated expressions, displaying images, grouping, calculated fields, multi-column reports, totals and subtotals etc.
Different database formats. Reportizer works with relational databases via several interfaces: ADO, BDE, or Interbase. It has been tested on the following database types: dBase (DBF), Paradox (DB), TXT, CSV, Oracle, Interbase, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL Server, HTML, Visual FoxPro, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
File reports. In addition to database reports, Reportizer can build and print file reports. In this case, Reportizer use Windows file system as a database, where folders are tables, and files are table items. Using such a feature, you can print list of files from specified folder(s) (with their icons, dates etc.).
Command line support. There is an ability to load and print reports from command line with large set of options.
Ability to export reports. Reports can be exported to HTML, XLSX, TXT, PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, or STT (static reports) formats.
A lightweight client-side utility. There is a small read-only utility Reportizer Viewer, which can be used on the client side.

Reportizer Viewer logoReportizer Viewer is a free database reporting utility. Unlike Reportizer, Reportizer Viewer allows only previewing, printing, or exporting database reports, created in Reportizer or Database Tour Pro; it does not allow to modify reports. Additionally, it can print file list from folder, selected in Windows Explorer.
Reports can be exported to HTML, XLSX, XLS, TXT, PNG, JPEG, BMP, or STT (static report) file.
The most important operations (loading reports, printing, exporting, specifying SQL parameters etc.) can be performed via command line. This allows customizing the launching of the application for end user and using Reportizer Viewer calls from other applications.
Reportizer Viewer is especially useful on client side. It can open either dynamic reports, which require database connection, or static reports, which have been generated on the computer with the database connection and sent to the client, for example, by email. In the second case, there is no need to have the database connection on client side to view and print such reports.
