Básicamente sigue la línea del South of Heaven: partiendo con canciones rápidas como War Ensemble hasta terminar con piezas lentas y melódicas como Seasons in the Abyss, como el Spill The Blood del South of Heaven. Sin embargo, su calidad musical sigue intacta. Así que si les gusta Slayer bajen este álbum con confianza. No se van a arrepentir.
