SINOPSIS El viejo capitan Lassard, el jefe de la academia de policia, vuela a Miami para recibir un galardon. Con el tambien viaja el cinico capitan Harris, que desea ocupar su puesto. Harris quiere ocupar un buen sitio durante el evento, delante de toda la jerarquia policial. Al llegar al aeropuerto, Lassard confunde su bolsa de viaje.
