12/11/2013 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : Kelly Clarkson and guests celebrate the festive season with a comedic musical take on a traditional Christmas morality tale. The Grammy Award-winning singer is joined by guest stars Blake Shelton, Jay Leno, Reba, Trisha Yearwood, Matt Lauer, William Shatner, Ken Jeong, Jai Rodriguez and Robin Williams.
Clarkson decides to stage a Christmas special in order to boost her popularity. When word gets out about her cynical motivations, she struggles to convince other celebrities to appear on her show. However, fate intervenes and Kelly learns the error of her ways, leading her to a warm, heartfelt resolution as to the true meaning of Christmas.
The special will feature many traditional Christmas songs such as “Silent Night” and “White Christmas,” while also debuting Clarkson’s new Christmas song, “Wrapped in Red.” Ian Stewart is executive producer.
