SINOPSIS
Clary Fray (Lily Collins) es una adolescente neoyorkina aparentemente normal. Una noche, en compañía de su inseparable amigo Simon (Robert Sheehan), decide ir a la discoteca de moda Pandemonium. Allí presencia cómo un extraño joven llamado Jace (Jamie Campbell Bower) parece asesinar a alguien, pero el cuerpo de la víctima desaparece y nadie más parece haberlo visto.
Jace comienza a seguir a Clary, sintiéndose cada vez más atraído por ella hasta que termina revelándole su secreto: Es un Cazador de Sombras, un grupo de poderosos guerreros, mitad ángeles-mitad humanos, enfrascados en una antigua batalla para proteger nuestro mundo de los demonios. Una batalla en la que Clary jugará un papel decisivo.
