sondauta Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 Estimados, mi cuenta iTunes fue suspendida, puedo usar el respaldo sin dramas, también me conecta a iTunes, pero no puedo descargar app, ni siquiera las gratis. Ya probé re iniciando la clave desde el sitio de seguridad y aún no queda habilitada.Lo peor, no puedo descargar las muchas app compradas usando crédito con tarjetas giftcard, y no me muestra los USD 40 que me quedaban de crédito.Alguna idea o sugerencia? Clenz Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 A mi hace un tiempo atrás me paso lo mismo, me contacte con la gente de soporte de apple y eso si que compre una itunes card legitima y me bloquearon la cuenta, y la única respuesta que me dieron fue que fue bloqueada por políticas de la compañía y que no me podían dar mas información. cuento corto perdí la cuenta todas las app y música que había descargado. no te dan ni una solución ni respuesta en simples palabras los wns te cagan :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
