Ayuda con ddns con no-ip en cisco 1841

Hola muchachos estoy aprendiendo a manejar mis redes y estoy jugando con este cisco 1841 que intento crear una salida a Internet a través de un plan de marcado... No se si alguien lo ha hecho con no-ip o si me recomiendan otra pagina para obtener mi ip...

Hice todo lo que me decía el tutorial de No-ip.com para configurar el router pero no tengo resultados positivos aun :c
