Hoy realicé "soft reset" (ya que tenía problemas de señal) a mi telefono y no se reinició, mas bien se apagó. Luego intenté nuevamente realizar esta operación y desde entonces el telefono no encendió más. He intentado hacer "soft reset" y encendiendolo y no pasa nada.Es posible recuperarlo y cómo?Quedo a la espera de su ayuda para intentar salvar mi equipo.
