juancho1989 Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 Basico, antes de empezar siquiera a pensar en rutinas de ejercicios, es la alimentacion... si comen mal, toman muuucho copete, no digo que no se tome, pero moderado, grasas completos y esas cosas... es absurdo hacer ejercicio!!! primero a ordenarse en ese sentido aunque sea fome.... despues de eso nos vamos al gym y a correr.. sino es tiempo perdido...
