Los experimentos del doctor Victor Fries para conservar la vida de su esposa con técnicas criogénicas originaron un error fatal que lo convirtió en Míster Frío, un villano que necesita mantener su cuerpo a temperaturas glaciales y que intentará congelar a todos los habitantes de la ciudad de Gotham.
