Pero para Sandra esto no es un encargo rutinário en su trabajo como periodista ya que, hace quince años, en el mismo lugar donde ahora se realiza el rodaje de la película, su hermana pequeña fue asesinada por un despiadado asesino en serie apodado ?El Cirujano?. Sandra se tendrá que enfrentar a sus miedos y aceptar el trabajo, pero desgraciadamente se verá envuelta en una nueva ola de terribles asesinatos?¿Quien está imitando al Cirujano?
