[COLOR=#800080] [SIZE=3]Phineas Flynn y Ferb Fletcher son unos hermanastros que viven en Danville, en el estado de Nueva York. Viven con Candace Flynn (hermana de Phineas) y sus padres, Linda Flynn y Lawrence Fletcher. Los hermanastros se aburren y por eso buscan ideas extraordinarias para pasar el rato. Normalmente, Candace se queda al cargo de los chicos y, al ver lo que hacen, intenta convencer a su madre de lo que están haciendo, y ella regresa a casa. Sin embargo, frecuentemente son cubiertos por una segunda línea de acción del programa, donde su ornitorrinco mascota llamado Perry resulta ser en realidad un agente secreto conocido como "Agente P" (o Agente Pi en España). En su constante lucha por detener los malévolos planes del malvado Dr. Doofenshmirtz, toda traza de actividad inusual de los chicos es eliminada de manera fortuita por los inventos de Doofenshmirtz, antes de que Candace pueda mostrársela a su madre, por lo que siempre los chicos se salen con la suya. Normalmente, después Phineas ve a Perry tras sus actividades como agente secreto. Phineas dice: "Oh, estás ahí , Perry" y Candace queda boquiabierta y frustrada. Con que al paso de los dias parece como una rutina para Candace (Según el capitulo "Nosotras los Atraparemos").
