[size=2]Tras "Roger y yo", en el que el Michael Moore intentaba encontrar al presidente de la General Motors que acababa de cerrar una serie de fábricas, "The Big One" es una vuelta a Estados Unidos a la búsqueda de directores de grandes empresas que tienen unos beneficios considerables, pero en las que el trabajo cada vez es más precario. El director se enfrenta a muchas dificultades para encontrar a los directivos, que siempre dicen no estar disponibles.
