karnin Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 (edited) Ambientada en el Chile de los años 80, "Los Archivos del Cardenal" es una serie de ficción inspirada en los archivos de la Vicaría de la Solidaridad.Laura Pedregal (Daniela Ramírez) y Ramón Sarmiento (Benjamín Vicuña) viven en mundos completamente opuestos; Ramón es hijo de un profesional ligado al gobierno militar, y Laura trabaja junto a su padre en la Vicaría investigando casos de violaciones a los derechos humanos. Las vidas de Ramón y Laura se cruzan el día en que Ramón observa como detienen a un hombre en plena calle. A pesar de la postura política de su familia, el hecho lo impacta y acude a la Vicaría de la Solidaridad a denunciar el abuso. Allí se encontrará con Laura, quien trabaja como asistente social y poco a poco comenzará a involucrarse en ese y otros casos que lo remueven profundamente. Este es el punto de partida de una historia dura y apasionante que recrea un momento central de la historia de Chile.
