esa es la clave de todo, echar siempre un poco menos del doble de agua ! pa 3 de arroz ocupo 5 de agua , y para 2 yo ocupo 3 y media ! aunque yo ocupo un poco mas de aceite, pico el ajo antes de echar el arroz y luego de echar el arroz caliento a fuego minimo, el resultado es excelente !
