Horton está dispuesto a ayudar a los habitantes de Villaquién cuya frágil existencia pende de un hilo. La cinta que está dirigida por Jimmy Hayward y Steve Martino cuenta con una buena pareja de actores cómicos que harán de ésta una historia de lo más interesante.
