arivet Posted May 3, 2011 Report Share Posted May 3, 2011 (edited) Amig@s, encontré hace tiempo este material y me gustaria compartirlo para quienes quieren mejorar su salud o simplemente entender algunos procesos del organismo y para los que buscamos reducir peso todo el tiempo... Este sistema de vida es contrario a la nutrición tradicional de contar calorias, mas bien enseña qué comer, con qué combinarlo y cuándo comer.
