El juego cuenta con una original historia que transcurre después de que Sasuke Uchiha traiciona a la Aldea de la Hoja en busca de poder. Son 38 personajes en total, contando transformaciones y algunos poseen técnicas no vistas en la serie. Se incluye un modo de juego con unas 300 misiones (10 por personaje).
