Juan (el papá), Ana (la mamá), Claudia (la hija mayor), Martín (el hijo del medio) y Félix (el hijo menor), los cuales tienen que sobrellevar los agudos problemas de la epoca como uno de los temporales de lluvia más fuertes que se recuerde, la resceción económica, la opresión politica, etc. La exitosa y premiada serie Los 80 nos devuelve a esos convulsionados años de la mano de los Herrera, con ellos reviviremos hechos históricos, los cambios sociales, el revuelo político y la crisis económica que movian los inicios de la década..
