El encantador de perros se llama Cesar Millán, es un gran especialista en conducta de perros y sobretodo en salud emocional y relación con las personas.

En cada entrega, Cesar Millán -especializado en perros agresivos- se centra en un animal problemático, estudia el caso, aplica sus reglas y marca los límites para que el perro pueda convivir perfectamente con la familia. Para conseguir este objetivo, Millán también traslada una serie de pautas a sus dueños que facilitará el trato entre ellos.

César Millán empezó a trabajar a principios de los años noventa en un salón de belleza para perros de San Diego donde se ganaría la reputación de trabajar con casos difíciles. Pero fue a partir de 2004 cuando Millán se lanzó a la fama con el espacio televisivo.
