Luego de 15 años de historia, la trama principal de Command & Conquer llega a su fin con la cuarta entrega, Tiberian Twilight. Los clásicos cortes de escena toman una actitud más seria y eso afecta negativamente la conocida ridiculez de la historia, pero lo que más sorprenderá a los fanáticos es el juego en sí. Para esta última entrega, Electronics Arts lanzó mucho de lo que conocíamos por la ventana y presentó un estilo de juego más lineal, frenético y pensado para el juego en línea.
