Trata acerca de las aventuras de unos bebés encabezados por Tommy Pickles; son Chuckie Finster, Phil (Phillip) y Lil (Lillian) DeVille, Susie Carmichael, Kimi Finster (Hermanastra de Chuckie)y el hermano menor de Tommy, Dylan (Dil) Pickles. Claro que como toda buena aventura hay un gran obstáculo, en este caso la prima de Tommy: Angélica Pickles que no para de molestar y atormentar a los bebés.
